The Front of the house a grand old place
The main entrance leads into the entry hall.
Looking back towards the front door, the Master Bedroom is to the right,
the “Guest” Bedroom is to the left.
The Master bedroom has an ornate fireplace but requires a bit of a refurbish.
The Main Reception Room, Lounge Room is large and spacious.
The Second Reception room, is snug and cosy.
This is the 3rd bedroom, also with a fireplace.
The Study running off the 3rd bedroom opens out to the Deck
The 4th Bedroom or the 2nd Study also opens out to the Deck.
The Dining Area in
the Kitchen opens out to the Deck, the back lawn has sufficient
room for the dogs to run.
The Kitchen is earmarked for a renovation.
This is the Guest Bathroom, with a bath and a shower.
The Master Bedroom has an En-suite with Spar Bath.
The Garage will take 3 cars, but we will use half of it for a workshop.
The back quarter of the Garage is a “Hobby” room, or in Ham lingo, the new “ShacK”
The new QTH is 300m

It is also less than 15 mins to Wigram Airfield.
